QGS was appointed to deliver the façade package at 30 Cleveland Street, a mixed-use development located in the heart of Fitzrovia. Designed by architecture practice Barr Gazetas and delivered in partnership with IntParagon, the project brings together commercial and residential spaces in a bold, contemporary scheme that complements the surrounding heritage streetscape.
Our installation included Schüco FWS 35 PD and FW50+ BF curtain walling systems—chosen for their minimal sightlines, clean aesthetics, and strong thermal performance. These were paired with Schüco Janisol and ASS 70.HI door suites to ensure durability, security, and design continuity across the building envelope.

The development at 30 Cleveland Street is a strong example of modern architecture being sensitively integrated into a historically rich part of London. Fitzrovia’s mix of Georgian terraces and new-build schemes demands careful design, and Barr Gazetas’s vision for the site balances those elements through materiality, scale, and proportion.
QGS worked closely with the contractor and design teams to ensure precise installation, meeting both aesthetic expectations and performance criteria. The completed façade contributes to a high-quality, future-facing building that responds well to its context and its end users.
