Project Highlight: Etone College

QGS was appointed to carry out the façade works at Etone College, a secondary school located right here in our hometown of Nuneaton. Delivered in partnership with Alcema, this project forms part of ongoing investment in modern educational facilities for the local community.

The glazing package included fully capped SF52 curtain walling, SPW600 windows, and SPW501 doors—systems selected for their performance, durability, and suitability for a busy school environment. These products offer a balance of energy efficiency, low maintenance, and robust design, all while contributing to a clean, contemporary finish.

Working on a project so close to home added an extra sense of pride for the team. As always, we remained focused on delivering a high-quality installation in line with the project’s programme and performance requirements.

Etone College now benefits from an upgraded building envelope that supports both the comfort and safety of staff and students—demonstrating how good design and practical systems can come together to support education.
