The newly completed façade at ACS Hillingdon International School in Uxbridge is a standout example of high-quality façade installation and precision engineering, delivered by QGS in collaboration with main contractor Lifebuild.


This impressive education sector project forms part of the continued enhancement of ACS Hillingdon’s campus — a facility known for its innovative architecture and commitment to sustainability. The design brief called for a contemporary, high-performance envelope that would combine architectural impact with energy efficiency and long-term durability.

As the appointed architectural glazing contractor, QGS supplied and installed a full suite of Schüco façade systems, including FWS 50 Curtain Walling, AWS 114 SG and AWS 50.NI Windows, and ADS 65 Doors. These systems are renowned for their excellent thermal performance, structural strength, and elegant design. Together, they deliver a façade solution that maximises natural light while ensuring optimal thermal comfort and energy efficiency throughout the building.


The installation required close coordination between QGS, Lifebuild, and the project’s design team to ensure every interface detail was executed to the highest standard. From early design development through to final commissioning, QGS applied its technical expertise and rigorous quality control to achieve seamless integration between materials and structure.
